Netanya (also "Natanya") is the capital of the Sharon district. Netanya is great for a tranquil and relaxing holiday, and is very central to Tel Aviv, Jerusalem and Caesarea, between twenty to thirty minutes drive to each. Netanya also boasts stunning gardens which are located on the promenade along the cliff-tops. You will be able to enjoy entertainment free of charge during the summer at the amphitheatre and on the promenade.

There are five promenades in total for your pleasure in Netanya: the Cliff Promenade; Harishonim Promenade with its nine pergolas of various colours and materials, and a variety of eateries, children’s areas and an elevator taking you down to the beach; Nitza Promenade with its sail-shaped pergola; Hama’apilim Promenade with diverse private and municipal art galleries, skating rink and play area; and Shaked Promenade overlooking the beach and the amphitheatre.
